Scenario-Based Learning

Highly Customizable
With eight micro-courses, you have the freedom to create your own Refresher Curricula. Here are a few ideas:
- Take advantage of spaced learning and assign a different course 3 or 4 times a year
- Combine one or more of the refresher courses with a full length training such as a Fundamentals course
- Use refresher courses as onboarding and configure a curriculum to your exact needs

Yes. While many of the topics are the same, all courses have brand new scenarios based on recent warning letters and industry trends.
Scenario-based learning actively engages learners by providing feedback on their decisions, which mimics real dilemmas they face on the job.
Each course includes a review of the topic, followed by related scenarios and an explanation of the correct choices. This focused format allows learners to absorb key guidance for their daily work.
These refresher courses provide flexibility and customization. Your curriculum can be as focused or as broad as you want. Your Learning Strategy Consultant can provide you with the support you need to determine which GxP refresher courses are a fit for your organization.
The course is the assessment. In this Refresher series, you’re testing learners’ decision-making skills, not whether they can memorize facts and regulations.
Each course has five decisions for learners, with each correct decision earning them 20 points. Learners need 80 points to complete the course. If they don’t score high enough, they can re-try individual scenarios until they score enough points.
Since learners can’t complete the course until they score enough points, there’s no reassigning for administrators or resetting learner progress in the LMS.
