Types of Harassment & Relationships at Work

Sexual harassment in the workplace comes in many forms. Some arise out of an offer to trade sexual favors for benefits, known as a quid pro quo. Others allow for the creation of a hostile work environment where employees are consistently exposed to behaviors and an atmosphere that makes them uncomfortable.
